Central Air Conditioning
Central Air Conditioning
Large units in refrigeration technology
Central air conditioning is one of the most common and widely used cooling systems in commercial buildings and large homes. This system relies on efficiently distributing cooled air throughout the building through a network of ductwork, providing a comfortable and convenient living and working environment.
Central Air Conditioning
Central air conditioning is a highly efficient system. It relies on a main air conditioning unit with a large cooling capacity that includes all system components, such as the evaporator, compressor, expansion valve, condenser, and fans.
This unit is usually installed in well-ventilated areas, such as roofs or attics, to reduce noise and heat emissions. Conditioned air is distributed via ducts to various parts of the building.
Installation Requirements:
Determine openings in the concrete ceiling before pouring for vertical air ducts.
Prepare horizontal openings in the walls for the duct to pass through, ensuring they do not interfere with overhangs.
Provide adequate outdoor space for the outdoor unit.
Install a high-capacity, three-phase electrical line.
Provide a false ceiling to accommodate the ducts.
Extension Components:
Insulated cold air supply line.
The return air line is also insulated and passes through a mixing box, which mixes the return air with a portion of fresh air to refresh the space.
A silencer is installed to reduce operating noise.
Advantages of central air conditioning:
High cooling capacity for large spaces.
The unit can be isolated from the building interior to eliminate sound.
Continuous air renewal thanks to the mixing system.
Easy maintenance outside the building without disturbing residents.
Applications:
Central air conditioning is used in:
Administrative buildings
Large halls
Factories and warehouses
Banks and airports
Malls and shopping centers
Villas and palaces
Many customers prefer it, especially in large projects, due to its ease of outdoor maintenance and high efficiency.
