The Duct

The Duct

It is characterized by achieving high standards and added value in terms of its reasonable price when compared to other systems, in addition to providing more space for the interior and decoration, without annoying noise or vibrations.

Automated Duct Design and Manufacturing

In rural areas, we offer duct design and manufacturing services using the latest automated technologies, ensuring manufacturing accuracy and quality air distribution in various projects.

What is a Duct?

A duct is a metal channel that transports conditioned air and distributes it in measured quantities to various parts of a building.

It is often manufactured from galvanized steel sheets that are resistant to rust and corrosion, but it can also be manufactured from aluminum or stainless steel for some special applications.

Our Manufacturing Features:

Design and implementation are carried out in specialized workshops under the supervision of experienced engineers.

According to plans approved by the Studies Department.

Compliant with SMACNA’s international specifications and standards for air conditioning systems contractors.

Types of Air Ducts:

Square or Rectangular Duct: The most common, used in false ceilings.

Circular Duct: Used in open spaces without gypsum ceilings.

Oval Duct: Combines the characteristics of circular and rectangular ducts.

The Importance of Ducts in Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems:

It transports cooled or hot air to the desired location.

It draws in return air for re-cooling or expelling.

It is used in ventilation systems to expel odors or polluted air in areas such as garages, restaurants, bathrooms, swimming pools, and isolation rooms.

Air Duct Insulation:

Insulated from the outside using fiberglass.

Inside using a special layer that prevents moisture, maintains cooling efficiency, and reduces the infiltration of insulation particles into the air.

Insulation contributes to reducing noise and increasing system efficiency.

Duct System Accessories:

Canvas: A flexible connection that reduces vibration.

Flexible: Flexible connections between the duct and distribution boxes.

Plenum Box: A box that connects the connections to the air outlets.

Dampers: To control the amount and speed of airflow.

Grilles: Air outlets in various shapes (side, longitudinal, square, circular, jet).
